It doesn't look like it to me. A bad day? Or is this their style? The audience seems to love it.

They're probably enjoying the performance, as it looks very clean and pretty. But should they be having fun as well ? Argentine tango as music and as a dance is sentimental and perhaps some erotic and melancholic as well, not so much to do with having fun.
